Representing shipping

Because of its inherently international nature, the safety of shipping is regulated by various United Nations agencies. We represent shipping through submissions at various international fora, consulting with our members in committees, and liaising with partners and IGOs. We communicate the results of these processes through our policy publications and provide an overview in the annual review.
